The West Texas Safety Training Center offers two
types of classroom training; Instructor Based Training and Computer Based
Training. Both types are designed to get your employees thinking about safety
on the job as well as get them OSHA compliant. Our training is normally taught
in English, but class can be offered in Spanish. Web based training is also
offered for certain courses. You can contact
us for further details relating to our online courses. Before training
can begin, however there are a few rules that you and your employees must
follow:
Students must be registered for training at 24 hours in advanced.
Students must arrive at least 15 minutes prior
to class.
Students must bring their Social Security Card and one (1) form
of Photo I.D. to training site. You may contact the training center for a list
of acceptable photo identification documents.
Following these simple rules will ensure that your employees
receive the right training for the job in as little time as possible. After
your employees have completed the training and have passed the exams, they will
receive a color photo identification. The ID card contains the last four digits
of the trainee's social security number, the training received, and renewal
date for all coursed previously taken. The identification card validates
training required by your company and OSHA compliance.
Students must bring two (2) forms of identification in order to
participate in training courses. (We suggest Social Security Cards and Valid
Driver's license)
