What types of training does WTSTC provide?

WTSTC currently provides training to meet the training requirements for OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and several company site specifics.

What if our employees are not comfortable using a computer?

WTSTC has a fully staffed computer training lab, with both monitors and a certified instructor available during business hours to assist students with using the computer, as well as to answer any questions regarding course material. Our courses can also be delivered in the traditional classroom setting with an instructor as well.

What if my company’s employees need a certain set of courses, such as new hire training?

WTSTC can work with your company to develop a company specific training curriculum for all current and future employees.

What forms of payment are acceptable for training taken at WTSTC?

WTSTC accepts Credit Card payment, such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, as well as checks, money orders, or cash. Customers of WTSTC have the option to become a Member for an annual $200 membership fee. Members of WTSTC have the benefit of payment by invoice after their first 90 days of membership, or after obtaining $3000 in training.

Do you have any current browser requirements for use of the WTSTC STARRS program, or for taking online courses?

WTSTC recommends that you use Google CHROME, or Mozilla FireFox. Safari and Internet Explorer 9 or better are also compatible if flash player is also updated.

Does WTSTC offer payment plans?

No, but Members of WTSTC have the benefit of payment by invoice after their first 90 days of membership, or after obtaining $3000 in training. For other membership benefits, please contact the main office.

Do we need any custom hardware on-site to provide employees with training?

No. All you need is a modern computer or laptop, with a reliable internet access. WTSTC recommends that you use Google CHROME, or Mozilla FireFox. Safari and Internet Explorer 9 or better are also compatible if flash player is also updated.

Do our employees have to be on-site for training?

No. WTSTC currently offers many on-line training courses that can be taken from your office or the comfort of the employee’s own home.

Can customers pay online?

Not currently. Please call the office to make any necessary payment arrangements.

I don't see a course listed on your website, does that mean you do not offer it?

No. The list on the website includes the most common courses taken. There is always a possibility that a course is available but not listed on the website. Please contact our office to determine the availability of any course you would like to take, or we could develop a course for you as well.
